My blogging journey started many years ago over at Down The Aisle . Back then I was a freelance bridal fashion writer for The Examiner and I followed wedding trends as if my life depended on it. These days baby and home trends are more up my alley and thanks to the rise of pinterest and instagram, keeping up with trends has never been easier. The downside of having an easy way to keep up with trends is that everyone is following along too. My social media feed tends to get super saturated with so many posts that are nearly identical to each other. And the initial beauty of that trend quickly becomes monotonous.
